Your night, tuned.
Nidra blends real binaural frequencies with nature soundscapes recorded for deep, uninterrupted sleep. Pick tonight's frequency, put your headphones on, and drift.
Tonight’s Frequency
Three quiet steps
Choose your frequency
Pick 3, 6 or 10 Hz and pair it with a nature soundscape for the night.
Headphones on
Binaural beats need stereo separation — each ear hears its own tone.
Drift off
The sleep timer fades everything out gently, so nothing wakes you.
Built for the night
Real-frequency engine
3, 6 and 10 Hz beats — synthesized live, never approximated.
Nature soundscape library

What a quiet night buys you
A ritual that ends the scroll
One frequency, one soundscape, headphones on. Nidra gives bedtime a clear start — and nothing to check after.
Masks a noisy world
Rain, ocean and wind beds soften traffic, neighbors and a snoring partner, without loops that catch your attention.
Fades out, never cuts out
The sleep timer lowers the volume gradually, so the sound leaves as you sink deeper — no hard stop to jolt you awake.
No signal, no problem
Frequencies are synthesized on your device and soundscape beds download ahead of time. Flights, cabins and dead zones included.
Private by default
Sleep data from Apple Health is read locally and never uploaded. No account required to listen.
The same, every night
No feeds, no streaks, no surprises. A consistent signal your mind can settle into — the cue that says the day is over.
How a beat appears
When each ear hears a slightly different tone, the brain perceives the difference as a slow rhythmic beat. Nidra uses three bands, synthesized live on your device.
Associated with deep sleep.
Associated with sleep onset.
Associated with calm relaxation.
Made for restless nights
Nidra isn't for everyone. It's for people whose nights need a quieter on-ramp — and who would rather hear the rain than their own thoughts.
Light sleepers
If every creak, notification or 3 a.m. car pulls you out of sleep, a steady sound bed can hold the night together.
Racing minds
For nights when the body is tired but the thoughts won't stop, a single low tone gives the mind one quiet thing to follow.
Shift workers
When your bedtime doesn't match the sun, a deliberate wind-down cue matters more than most.
Frequent travelers
Unfamiliar rooms, time zones and airplane cabins — download your bed, pack your headphones, sleep the same anywhere.
Questions
Why headphones?
A binaural beat only exists when each ear receives a slightly different tone, so stereo separation is required. Speakers blend the two tones in the air before they reach you.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Frequencies are synthesized on your device, and nature beds can be downloaded ahead of time for nights without a signal.
Where does my sleep data go?
It stays on the device. Sleep Insights reads from Apple Health locally and is never uploaded to us.
When does it launch?
An App Store release is upcoming. The landing page will link to it the day it goes live.
