Nidra provides tools for curating, organizing, and delivering binaural and Himalayan sound experiences for sleep, meditation, and relaxation. Some features may require a subscription or administrator access.

- Infringe intellectual property or other proprietary rights;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;

The Nidra name, logo, visual identity, software, and underlying technology are owned by Aura Himalaya and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may be offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or threatens the integrity of the Service. You may also delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to deliver a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the audio content will produce any specific therapeutic or sleep outcome. Nidra is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for sleep or health concerns.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Himalaya and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aura Himalaya and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aura Himalaya is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of that jurisdiction.
